Feature, AirBeat magazine, Jan/Feb 1995. I created this story and successfully placed it in AirBeat, the Journal of the Airborne Law Enforcement Association, a remarkable "vertical" magazine, which is dedicated to airborne police and other airborne public safety personnel. I wrote it as a case study specifically for editorial submission on behalf of my client, Inframetrics of North Billerica, Massachusetts, a leading manufacturer of infrared sensing equipment. My co-author John Keane was the salesperson who actually sold the InfraCAM product to the Sonoma County, California, Sheriff's Department. John unsuccessfully resisted being named in the by-line! Sgt. Roger Rude of the Sonoma County Sheriff's Department was a wonderfully professional and communicative subject.
