Feature article in launch issue of Environmental Engineering World

Feature article in launch issue of Environmental Engineering World, Jan/Feb 1995, written with and placed for Stone & Webster. Note letter of appreciation from the lead author. I combined the contents of several of the engineers' technical papers with direct input from them. Although Stone & Webster headquarters were only a half hour away in Boston, these authors were based in Houston, TX. Nevertheless, progress was rapid and the article was completed and placed within a month.
