Vermont highway

Vermont highway, summertime, in infrared. This infrared photo was taken with a FLIR P60 camera on a 94°F summer day. It shows clearly the cool shadow of the trees at center background, the hot exhaust from the motorcycles, the heat of the cars reflected from the road beneath them, and the hot surface of black asphalt highway itself. Note the cool grass areas and the cool trees.
