| To maintain a
high degree of consistency in appearance when printing on different
types of paper stock, due variations in ink absorption and surface
reflectivity, stock, through sampling trial and error I determined and
specified slight variations in PMS values. Thus, PMS 1345 and 241 were
used on coated stock, e.g. collateral, and PMS 134 and 242 were used on uncoated
stock, e.g. stationery and business cards.
For use on the Web site, I specified the Web-safe color hexadecimal equivalents FFCC66 and 660066. |
